When it comes to the technicalities of the job, you're ready for anything. At the same time, you're able to inspire and motivate the team to deliver excellent results. You have the courage to try out new things and to keep learning, even if there are setbacks along the way. For the role of Manager, you also have:

completed your Bachelor or Master's study in Finance, Business or IT;
at least 7 years of work experience in a comparable SAP Consultant position;
experience in one or more of the following SAP modules – Treasury and Risk Management, Advanced Payment Management, In-House Banking, Cash Management, Multi Bank Connectivity, Bank Communication Management
interest in improving business processes;
demonstrable affinity with IT;
you have excellent proficiency in English and/or Dutch; both verbally and written.

What impact will you make?

In your role as SAP Manager Treasury, you lead, grow, and develop a team of professionals with involvement in various projects. You will be part of a cross-functional team and will be responsible for project management, client facing tasks and project-related deliverables, solutioning challenges with the client, directing on-time quality delivery of work products

How do you do this?

You have experience in Treasury transformations enabled by SAP with demonstratable experience in the delivery of end to end SAP Treasury solutions, advising reputable organizations and helping them in achieving innovation or cost reduction through improving business processes. As Manager SAP Treasury, you will lead multidisciplinary teams with which you work on an assignment and in which you show that your expertise and skills are indispensable. You are able to talk substantively with customers about their financial issues and you are happy to come up with progressive solutions

How do you do this?

coordinating project deliverables: defining, analyzing and mapping business processes, organizational elements and related applications;
manage projects and teams in delivering optimized solutions tailored to our clients, but also leveraging Deloitte best practices;
proactively engage in delivery of record to report process in complex SAP enabled transformation projects;
designing solutions to improve and support the processes, organization and supporting SAP Treasury systems of our customers.

Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited for a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is held with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done and what you expect from a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for and what the tasks are that belong to the position. If both parties would like to discuss it further, you will be invited for a next interview. In these conversations, we go deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you manage? You can during one of the next interviews get a case study.

Step 5: The offer

When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
